WHAT TO BRING AND WHAT TO WEAR
To enable your child to have as much fun as possible we suggest comfortable clothes that are washable and not brand new! For health and safety reasons we cannot allow children to wear jewellery. For indoor physical activity, a pair of soft plimsoll like shoes is needed. To enable us to take full advantage of our range of outdoor activities children must arrive at pre-school with suitable outdoor clothing and shoes, we find that when children are transported to pre-school by car this can sometimes be overlooked. We ask that each child has a clearly named bag containing:
- Shoes for indoor activities
- A complete change of clothes
- Spare nappies, wipes, sacks and cream (if required)
- Sun hat and sun cream (weather dependant)
Due to lack of storage please bring these bags in for each session your child attends.
Rising five aged children are encouraged to bring items into pre-school for show and tell which relate to the weeks letter & sound or theme. Please ensure these items are neither valuable nor irreplaceable since whilst we take every care to store them away after we have looked at them and return them at the end of the session we cannot take responsibility for any loses.
Children staying until 1pm will also need to bring in a packed lunch, in a named lunch box.
